What is a Job Analysis?
A job analysis consists of a thorough analysis of the job duties and knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics (KSAPCs) required for success in a certain position. A job analysis may be performed using a paper and pencil job analysis form, or in an automated manner using job analysis software.

TestGenius client accounts are automatically linked to the AutoGOJA software, so they can move from TestGenius to AutoGOJA without logging in to the program. Organizations who are notTestGenius clients may request free access to the AutoGOJA software by completing the form here.
